So imagine my surprise when I get this note in the mail. It was my MIL writing and I couldn't think of a reason for her to send me a note but it could be. Anyway I get into the house and open the envelope and look what was inside.
It says To MomHonor thy Mother
for her arms
have secured you
from a thousand harms.

She copied this from a cross stitch sampler that my MIL has hanging in her bathroom. Coco left it over there to give to me on Mothers day. My MIL found it and was so nice to mail it to me. I am honored that she would read that and think of me and then take the time to write it down for me. Something I will treasure forever!!!!!!!!!!

Awww...how sweet Pam!! Gosh, I MISS these days!! The days where my daughter still thought I was the best thing since sliced bread!!
Thank you so much for the advice!! I too think we need to make her go. She already had plans this weekend to go to a motorcross race with a big group of friends.
But with all the additude she has thrown around in the past few days, I think we should make her skip the race and come with us camping!!
But then of course, there is a part of me that feels bad for ruining her plans. But wait, aren't I the Mother!?!?!
